Role and Responsibilities
- Understand the scope, gather requirements, features for overall solution, document the functional flows, DoR, DoD /acceptance criteria
- Ensure the team is aligned with business goals
- Establish and maintain cross-functional coordination
- Enhance the epics and user stories based on features needed by Product owner and business stakeholders
- Explain user stories and tasks to engineers/developers and technical teams to progress on design, code/configure and test features developed
- Liaise with business, IT and 3rd party teams to get clarifications on functionality involved
- Support scrum master and product owner to get the epics, user stories written
- Take complex real-world problems, understand and communicate them, and translate them into feasible solutions
- Demonstrate adaptability to working in a modern, lean, and agile delivery environment
- 6+ years of relevant work experience in working on eCommerce solutions on applications mentioned above
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst
- Ability to lead and direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence
- Strong understanding and experience of Product Roadmap, Backlog grooming
- Able to respond/adapt to changing demands while tracing requirement changes
- Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate business processes and opportunities into clear, precise, easy-to-read functional specifications
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to influence others internally and externally
- Ability to interact with different levels of business and IT stakeholders, being focused on getting functional decisions in timely manner
- Strong experience in using JIRA, confluence to update epics, user stores and tasks as per features given.
