Vayuz Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team, specifically focusing on the Oil and Gas Industry. The ideal candidate will excel at collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing complex data, and driving process improvements to deliver impactful solutions that meet business needs.

Roles and Responsibilities

Requirements Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify comprehensive business requirements and develop robust solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to inform strategic business decisions and drive significant growth.
Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and procedures, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with stakeholders to deeply understand their needs and provide tailored, effective solutions.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement, then design and implement changes to increase overall efficiency.
Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to end-users on new systems and processes.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of business analysis principles and practices.
Experience working in the Oil and Gas industry is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with project management tools and methodologies is a valuable asset.
