Business Analyst

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a proven track record in

managing SaaS-based projects and collaborating with global customers (Australia,

UK, USA). The ideal candidate should have experience in driving product and process

excellence through data-driven insights and stakeholder collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from global stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for

development teams.

• Work closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and technical teams on

SaaS product enhancements.

• Conduct requirement workshops, gap analysis, and feasibility assessments.

• Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and maintain the product backlog.

• Support end-to-end project lifecycle from requirement gathering to post-

deployment review.

• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams across time

zones.

• Perform data analysis, reporting, and impact assessments for process

improvements.

• Ensure alignment of solutions with business objectives and regulatory

compliance.

• Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide functional support.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong experience with SaaS applications, Agile/Scrum methodology, and

SDLC.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with international

clients (US, UK, Australia)

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Figma,

and SQL.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer

science

• Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications

• Proven ability to manage projects and user testing

• Extensive experience with data visualization

• High proficiency in technical writing
