Role Description

This is a full-time, remote Business Analyst role. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather and document requirements, and identify opportunities for improvement. Key responsibilities include evaluating business needs, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that solutions align with overall organizational goals. The role also involves effective communication with cross-functional teams, providing support for the implementation of projects, and delivering insights to drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and expertise in identifying and solving complex problems
• Proven experience in Business Analysis and interpreting business data
• Effective Communication skills for stakeholder engagement and collaboration
• Understanding of Business Processes and ability to optimize workflows
• Competency in defining and documenting Business Requirements
• Proficiency in tools and software related to business analysis (e.g., MS Office, Visio, project management tools)
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
• Prior experience in ERP implementation or education technology sector is a plus
