Job Overview

We are seeking a mid-level Business Analyst to join our Chennai office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 6 years of experience and will play a key role in shaping digital customer journeys across diverse industries. This role provides the opportunity to work with innovative automation products that deliver tangible impact to enterprise clients within the BFSI and related sectors

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven expertise in requirements gathering, including interviewing stakeholders, conducting workshops, and documenting complex business needs. (Mandatory skill)
• Comprehensive experience in creating, maintaining, and updating Business Requirement Documents (BRD) in dynamic project environments. (Mandatory skill)
• Demonstrated track record of working as a Business Analyst in BFSI modules, involving complex banking or insurance solutions. (Mandatory skill)
• Good understanding and practical application of Agile and Scrum methodologies, including user story writing and sprint planning.
• Hands-on experience with RestfulAPI integrations, analyzing endpoints, and crafting interface requirements to support technical teams.
• Proficient in process mapping using business process modeling notations to visualize current and future workflows and identify automation opportunities.
• Effective stakeholder management skills, managing diverse expectations and communicating requirements between business and technical teams.
• Analytical thinking with strong problem-solving skills, capable of breaking down ambiguous requirements and proposing actionable solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements for digital automation projects.
• Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents and ensure alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Engage in end-to-end process mapping activities to identify automation potential and design streamlined workflows using Twixors platform.
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical development teams, translating complex requirements into actionable user stories and functional specifications.
• Lead and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate API discussions, working with engineering teams to define, document, and test RestfulAPI integrations for enterprise solutions.
• Conduct gap analysis, propose process enhancements, and participate in solution design workshops for clients in BFSI and other core verticals.
• Support user acceptance testing by preparing test scenarios, managing feedback loops, and validating solution compliance with business requirements.
