Your Role: Business Analyst
As a Business Analyst, you'll work closely with privacy consultants, security teams, leadership, and internal stakeholders to analyze data, automate reporting, and translate business and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and privacy-related requirements from internal teams, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards to track privacy, compliance, risk, and operational metrics.
- Analyze large datasets related to privacy assessments, compliance activities, audits, and operational performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement areas.
- Build and maintain Python-based automation scripts to streamline data processing, reporting, and recurring compliance workflows.
- Translate complex privacy, regulatory, and operational data into clear insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of privacy and compliance reporting.
- Support consulting and leadership teams with MIS reporting, dashboards, and ad-hoc analysis related to privacy programs and business performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (privacy consulting, operations, technology, security) to ensure analytics align with regulatory and business objectives.
- Assist in defining KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks for privacy programs, compliance monitoring, and internal performance tracking.
- Manage analytical deliverables end-to-end, including planning, execution, tracking, and timely completion.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and effective communication of analytical outcomes.
- Continuously improve privacy reporting, automation, and analytical processes using industry best practice
Requirements
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar analytical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tableau for dash boarding and data visualization.
- Working knowledge of Python, especially for automation, data manipulation, and scripting.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Experience translating business and compliance needs into data-driven insights and reports.
- Familiarity with SQL, Excel, and data modeling concepts is a plus.
- Exposure to privacy, risk, compliance, or regulatory data is an advantage.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
