Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Tech with a minimum of 2 years of experience in Project Management (Agile), OR
- B.Tech + MBA with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Project Management (Agile), OR
- Freshers with relevant certifications or internships in Project Management/Business Analysis may also apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation across projects.
- Conduct competitor research and support product strategy initiatives.
- Write SMART user stories and manage the product backlog using PM tools.
- Prepare and maintain documentation such as BRD, FRS, and UAT documents.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Map and improve business workflows using Visio/BPMN/UML.
- Track project progress and generate reports using tools like Jira, Azure Boards, and Confluence.
- Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of Agile methodology.
- Hands-on experience with PM tools (Jira, Azure Boards, Confluence).
- Experience in documentation (BRD, FRS, UAT).
- Familiarity with data analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Certifications (Optional):
Certifications from the Project Management Institute (CAPM/PMP), Scrum certifications (CSM/PSM), or Business Analysis certifications (ECBA/CCBA) will be an added advantage.
