Job Description – Business Analyst (Salesforce)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to join our team. With at least 5 years of experience. The ideal candidate will act as a functional expert, bridging business needs with technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Salesforce functional domain expert
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Identify pain points and propose MVP solutions
- Manage user stories using JIRA and documentation in Confluence
- Support UAT and ensure successful implementation
- Conduct demos and drive user adoption
Required Skills:
- Strong experience in Salesforce (Sales/Service Cloud)
- Expertise in requirement gathering & stakeholder management
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience:
- 5+ years of total experience with relevant Salesforce exposure
Preferred Certifications:
- Salesforce Administrator
- Platform Developer I & II
- JavaScript Developer I
