Business Analyst plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs & strategic solutions. The role requires a person to be strong with data, with the ability to turn numbers into insights, and presenting them clearly & draw meaningful inferences leading to the strategic solutions.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Handle and analyse large sets of data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather & document business requirements.
- Developing & documenting business process models to illustrate current & future states.
- Proposing & designing business / process solutions that meet business needs.
- Build dashboards and reports on Power BI.
- Create clear presentations for business purposes.
- Use Excel for advance analysis (formulas, pivot tables, macros).
- Communicate findings effectively with teams and stakeholders.
- Support ad-hoc reporting, analysis and business needs.
- Work on projects end-to-end, managing timelines and deliverables.
- It's a strategic role, so would require preparing financial reports, etc.
Required Skills:
- Looking for a qualified CA.
- Should have excellent communication skills.
- Must have experience in FPA, creating financial reports, dashboards using Excel and Power BI, etc.
