About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst to join our team and act as a vital bridge

between our clients and the technical team. This role focuses on pre-sales activities,

requirement gathering, and end-to-end client coordination for software projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the sales team during pre-sales to understand client needs

and propose suitable solutions.

Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document project requirements

Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications or

user stories

Work closely with development and QA teams to ensure accurate understanding

and implementation of requirements

Create flow diagrams, wireframes, and process documentation as needed

Serve as the point of contact for client communication and coordination during

projects

Track requirement changes, manage clarifications, and update all stakeholders

regularly

Assist in preparing project timelines and reports for internal tracking

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field

13 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software/IT company

Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum

preferred)

Excellent communication and documentation skills

Familiarity with tools like MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

Ability to work with cross-functional teams and manage client interactions
