We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong Finance domain background to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Loc: Bangalore
Notice period: Immediate
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
- Prepare detailed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate translation of business requirements into functional solutions.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and requirement walkthroughs.
- Support implementation and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Assist in validating requirements through data analysis and testing support.
Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in the Finance domain.
- Expertise in requirement gathering, documentation (BRDs, FRDs), and stakeholder management.
- Experience working with financial systems such as ERP, investment platforms, treasury tools, or similar.
Good to Have Skills:
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Visio, and Excel.
- Exposure to financial compliance and regulatory standards such as IFRS, GAAP, SOX.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or data analysis for requirement validation.
- Experience with reporting tools and dashboards.
