Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business requirements analysis, especially within the banking sector, and a strong understanding of financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes. The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough business requirements analysis activities to identify and document the needs of the organization.
- Facilitate workshops with product owners and business stakeholders to gather comprehensive business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into measurable and testable functional use cases and specification documents.
- Clearly communicate functional requirements and design to the development team to ensure accurate implementation.
- Prepare detailed test cases and execute end-to-end testing, functional testing, and API testing, while also developing test strategy documents.
- Monitor and ensure the functional quality and stability of applications in the production environment.
- Serve as the feature team lead, overseeing all developments related to the application and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and understanding of business objectives and requirements.
- Participate in Agile methodologies, employing requirements capturing techniques using use cases and feature-driven methods.
- Create user stories in a Behavior Driven Development (BDD) format to facilitate clear understanding and acceptance criteria.
- Utilize SQL to perform data analysis and support decision-making processes by querying databases for relevant information.
Profile Required:
- 5-7 years of experience working as a Business Analyst, with a focus on the banking sector , Loan and Lease with Odessa application exposure
- Strong knowledge of financing, lease, loan, and customer onboarding processes is required.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology, including experience in requirements capturing through use cases and feature-driven approaches.
- Proven experience in creating user stories using BDD-based methodologies.
- Understanding of retail banking and expertise in persona-based authentication and authorization.
- Knowledge of APIs and experience in API testing to ensure functionality and integration.
- Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis, enabling informed decision-making.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Anticipate and develop new projects by promoting the potential of new technologies and forecasting business line processes. Assist the project owner to define needs and the solutions to be adopted with the aim of better integration into the Company's information system.
