Job Responsibilities:- Ability to understand project requirements and briefs to build workflows and documentation required to build the solution.
- Responsible to prepare documents those are BRD/BRS, FSD/FRS/ and activity/usecase/sequence diagrams.
- Clear understanding of SDLC concepts and best practises
- Strong understanding of web applications, websites, mobile applications, and related technology solutions.
- Communicate with senior people in organisations to find out what they hope to achieve.
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Oversee the implementation of newly proposed systems.
- Co-ordinate with the implementation team to make them understand about feature of the product.
- Contributing to training and support for people affected by new systems and processes.
- Prepare user guide of the systems.
- Qualification and Skills:
- A bachelor's degree in Software Development, Computer Engineering, business management or administration, or related field.
- 3+ years experience as a business analyst for web based IT products.
- Should understand ERP echo systems.
- Hands on knowledge of the tools (draw.io/enterprise achitect/ ms visio) to draw the activity diagrams, use case diagrams etc.
- Hands on knowledge of the tools to draw prototype i.e. InVision, Figma, Sketch, Proto.io etc.
- A team player but can work independently too.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
