Business Analyst - ERP and Digital Systems

Location: Mumbai (BKC)

Work Schedule: 6 Days a Week

CTC Range: 79 LPA

Shivam Jewels is a diamond crafting company focused on precision, innovation, and enabling convenient buying experiences through an in-house built ERP and digital platforms.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to act as the single point of coordination between internal users in Mumbai and the technology development team in Surat. This role involves understanding complex operational and customer requirements, translating them into system improvements, and ensuring timely execution across ERP and website platforms.

• Gather and analyse requirements from internal teams and customers
• Translate business needs into clear functional task descriptions for developers
• Coordinate closely with the Surat tech team and track progress of updates
• Making sure all built features are used and Reporting the timeline of it completion
• Take ownership of solutions from requirement through testing and rollout
• Conduct functional and user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Ensure timely follow-ups and completion of all assigned tasks
• Research efficient tools, workflows, and relevant AI use cases for ERP and website optimisation

• Strong understanding of software workflows, system logic, and process design
• Working knowledge of APIs, front-end and back-end interactions, and system limitations
• Ability to understand technical documentation and code-level logic sufficiently to communicate effectively with developers
• Experience working with ERP systems or complex business software

• 14 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience in manufacturing, trading, or jewellery systems is a plus
