We are looking for an experienced UiPath RPA Business Analyst to drive automation initiatives and deliver scalable business solutions using UiPath.
In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify automation opportunities, define requirements, and ensure successful implementation of RPA solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Assessment & Analysis:
- Identify and evaluate automation opportunities using RPA suitability criteria
- Conduct process discovery workshops and stakeholder interviews
- Perform AS-IS / TO-BE process analysis
- Analyze feasibility, ROI, and complexity
- Create process maps using Visio
Requirements & Documentation:
- Prepare key documents:
- PDD (Process Definition Document)
- BRD (Business Requirement Document)
- Solution Design Documents
- Translate business requirements into functional specs for developers
- Define business rules, exception handling, and edge cases
UiPath & Automation Support:
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and infra teams
- Support Document Understanding, OCR, and AI-based automation
- Assist in defining automation logic and validation rules
- Support SIT/UAT testing and defect resolution
Stakeholder & Delivery Management:
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Manage stakeholders and provide regular updates
- Support UAT and obtain sign-offs
- Ensure compliance, audit, and security alignment
Continuous Improvement
- Identify process improvement opportunities
- Support hypercare and post-production stabilization
- Contribute to automation best practices
Required Skills
- Strong experience in UiPath
- Understanding of:
- RPA lifecycle
- Orchestrator (queues, triggers, logs)
- Document Understanding
- Knowledge of OCR, exception handling, SLA/KPI
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, Visio, JIRA
- Strong stakeholder management and communication
Experience
- 6+ years overall experience
- 3–5 years as RPA Business Analyst
- Experience in enterprise environments (Banking / Telecom preferred)
