Job Summary

We are looking for a Business Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in ERP/enterprise application projects. The candidate should be good at understanding business requirements, documenting processes, and working closely with development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
• Understand and document As-Is and To-Be business processes.
• Prepare BRD, FRD, SRS, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Create business process flows and functional workflows.
• Work closely with Product, Development, and QA teams.
• Explain functional requirements and business logic to developers.
• Review test cases and support UAT activities.
• Analyze change requests and perform impact analysis.
• Support product demonstrations and user training.
• Prepare functional documentation and user manuals.
• Understand ERP modules and cross-functional business processes.

Required Skills

• 3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Hands-on experience in ERP / enterprise application projects.
• Strong requirement gathering and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Good understanding of business workflows and approval processes.
• Experience working with Jira / Azure DevOps.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and REST APIs is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience in ERP modules such as HRMS, Payroll, CRM, Procurement, Projects, Finance, ITSM, or Field Service.
• Experience working on both web and mobile applications.
• Experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Zoho, or similar.
