Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
- Develop and present reports to management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions.
- Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to gather input and feedback.
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Support the development of business cases and project proposals.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a related role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Experience with business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
- Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
