Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements, and obtain sign-off for new requirements from bank stakeholders.
Create and maintain Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for development and testing teams.
Collaborate with bank business teams and development teams to clarify requirements.
Support development and testing teams by addressing functional queries.
Act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for any business requirement or query from the bank.
Maintain knowledge of Retail Banking products & processes (CASA, Loans, Term Deposits, Payments, General Ledger, etc.).
Understand core banking systems and peripheral systems to ensure accurate requirements translation.
