Roles & Responsibilities:

The Business Analyst will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and

technical teams, gathering requirements, defining data governance rules, and

supporting the design and implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements

Define data models, match/merge, and survivorship business rules

Collaborate with solution architects and developers to ensure functional

alignment

Perform data validation, UAT, and assist in issue triage and resolution

Document user stories, workflows, and configuration specifications in

Agile environments
