We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Business Analyst specializing in Corporate Actions to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a crucial link between business stakeholders and technology teams, enabling the efficient delivery of solutions within the Capital Markets and Investment Banking domain.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and scenarios
- Develop and maintain Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Requirements Documents (FRD), and Interface requirements
- Evaluate information from multiple sources and distinguish between user requests and the underlying true needs
- Support the design of software testing methodologies, create test plans, and document and troubleshoot errors
- Facilitate effective stakeholder management, challenging conflicting needs and aligning on priorities
- Ensure a thorough understanding of Capital Markets and Investment Banking processes, with a strong emphasis on Corporate Actions
- Act as a bridge between distributed and multi-national teams, fostering communication and collaboration
- Utilize tools such as Jira, GitLab, Confluence, and SharePoint effectively to manage tasks and documentation
- Apply critical thinking and analysis skills to design functional solutions aligned with long-term sustainability
- Provide insights and contribute to process improvements, leveraging Agile methodologies, preferably Scrum or SAFe
- Analyze data independently using SQL scripting for the resolution of business queries and validation of requirements
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through effective communication, including technical writing and presentations
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in business analysis within the Capital Markets/Investment Banking domain, including Corporate Actions
- Knowledge of requirement gathering, elicitation methods, and stakeholder management
- Skills in documenting business requirements, scenarios, and functional interfaces
- Expertise in software test design, test execution, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with Jira, GitLab, Confluence, and SharePoint
- Background in Agile methodologies like Scrum or SAFe
- Proficiency in SQL scripting for data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communicator with presentation and technical writing capabilities
- Experience working in distributed, multi-national team environments
- English language proficiency at an Upper-Intermediate level (B2) or higher
