Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Analyst who can effectively gather requirements, bridge the gap between business and technical teams, and ensure successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications
• Track requirements and manage changes throughout the project

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in requirement gathering and documentation
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
• Exposure to Microsoft technology stack
• Basic understanding or experience with .NET and Azure
• Any exposure to AI/ML-based solutions or projects is a plus
