Responsibilities
- Gathered and analyzed business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys for accounts, loans, deposits, and Islamic banking products.
- Reviewed AS-IS processes and system documentation in T24/Temenos, converting them into accurate and detailed BRDs.
- Validated BRDs with stakeholders for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborated with IT teams to ensure that T24 system configurations reflected business requirements.
- Supported project planning, effort estimation, dependency mapping, scheduling, and risk management for banking product implementations.
- Maintained strong relationships with business users, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring transparent communication throughout project lifecycles.
- Stayed updated on emerging banking technologies, regulatory requirements, and Temenos T24 product updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis within the banking domain.
- Expertise in preparing BRDs and converting AS-IS processes into structured documentation.
- Strong understanding of banking products, including accounts, loans, deposits, and Islamic banking products.
- Hands-on experience with Temenos T24 and other core banking systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, and business analysis tools (IBM Rational RequisitePro is an advantage).
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- CBAP or CABA certification is a plus.
