Business Analyst

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, improve processes, and support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.

• Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

• Work closely with product, engineering, and QA teams to support solution design.

• Analyze business processes and recommend improvements.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Support project planning, testing, and implementation activities.

• Ensure solutions align with business objectives and requirements.

• Assist in change management and user adoption activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 15 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and process mapping.

• Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, JIRA, or Confluence.

• Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Experience in data analysis or reporting.

• Knowledge of domain-specific business processes (finance, healthcare, e-commerce, etc.).

• Exposure to user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Certification such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA.
