Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SWIFT payment systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements for new payment initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends in SWIFT payments.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, including workflows and user manuals.
- Assist in testing and validation of payment systems to ensure compliance and functionality.
- Provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases, addressing any issues that arise.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4-10 years of experience in business analysis or related fields, specifically within the payments industry.
- Strong understanding of SWIFT payment systems and financial transaction processes.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, including Excel, SQL, or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
