Description

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team in India. This entry-level position is ideal for fresh graduates or those looking to start their career in business analysis. The Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding and analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, and assisting in the implementation of solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
Develop detailed business requirement documents (BRDs) and functional specification documents (FSDs).
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions that improve business processes.
Create and maintain project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback from stakeholders.
Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure requirements are met.

Skills and Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
Familiarity with business process modeling and workflow analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of Agile methodology and project management tools.
Understanding of database management and software development lifecycle.
