Business Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping drive data-driven decision-making to improve overall business performance.

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
• Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product teams
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
• Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring
• Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
• Ensure timely delivery of projects as per defined requirements

• 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Basic understanding of SQL and databases
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
