Job Summary:We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and helping drive data-driven decision-making to improve overall business performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, and product teams
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
- Assist in project planning, execution, and monitoring
- Support testing activities including UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- Ensure timely delivery of projects as per defined requirements
- 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
- Basic understanding of SQL and databases
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
