Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Business Analyst with deep expertise in the
Supply Chain domain to drive business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional knowledge across end-to-end supply chain processes, combined with hands-on experience in ERP systems and stakeholder management at senior levels.
The Offshore BA is responsible for detailed requirements analysis, documentation, and supporting the onshore team with deep functional and technical artifacts. They work closely with developers, testers, and the onshore BA to ensure accurate and timely delivery of supply chain solutions.
Required Skills
- 10+ years of BA experience, with 3+ years in the supply chain domain
- Solid understanding of supply chain processes: inventory management, demand planning, procurement, logistics
- Experience writing detailed user stories, acceptance criteria, and FSDs
- Hands-on experience with ERP/SCM tools
- Proficiency in tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, etc.
