Hiring for Business Analyst - Strategy for leading Fasion Brand

Key responsibilities:
The Executive Analytics will drive data-backed decision-making by owning reporting, analysis, and performance tracking across growth initiatives, enabling stakeholders to review progress and act with clarity.
Key Responsibilities
- Reporting & Business Intelligence
- Own daily and weekly dashboards, actual vs. target tracking, and variance reporting across key growth and operational metrics.
- Growth & Funnel Analytics
- Analyze user journeys across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention funnels to identify trends and drop-offs.
- Performance Reviews & Insights
- Support business and leadership reviews by preparing structured insights, summaries, and deep-dive analyses on performance.
- Business & Program Management (PMO)
- Partner with Product, Marketing, and Tech teams to track growth initiatives, milestones, and KPIs; flag risks and bottlenecks.
- Metrics & Data Ownership
- Define and maintain metric definitions, dashboards, and reporting standards to ensure consistency across teams.
Skills & Tools
- 23 years of experience in growth analytics, business analytics, or a similar role
- Strong proficiency in SQL
- Working knowledge of Python for data analysis and automation
- Hands-on experience with Mixpanel and Google Analytics
- Experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
- Strong business understanding and stakeholder communication
