Spoors is a leading SaaS provider focused on workflow automation, field force productivity, and digital transformation solutions. We help enterprises streamline operations through configurable, no-code solutions. We are looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst who can work closely with customers and internal teams to translate business needs into scalable product configurations and enhancements.

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will act as a key link between clients, product, development, and implementation teams. You will gather requirements, document solutions, support configurations, and ensure successful delivery of features within the Spoors platform.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Documentation

• Interact with customers and internal stakeholders to understand business needs and workflows.

• Document detailed BRD, FRD, User Stories, Process flows, and Use cases.

• Convert business requirements into Spoors platform configurations where applicable.

Product & Implementation Support

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure clarity on requirements.

• Participate in solution design discussions and recommend optimal workflow configurations.

• Assist in platform setup, form configurations, workflows, and rule creation (Spoors product experience is a plus).

Project Coordination

• Work closely with CSM/Implementation teams to ensure smooth delivery.

• Plan and coordinate UAT, gather feedback, and validate delivered solutions.

• Track requirements, gaps, and change requests through tools like Jira.

Analysis & Insights

• Analyze business processes to identify opportunities for automation or optimization.

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and documentation for internal and customer use.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 35 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst, preferably in a SaaS or product-based environment.

• Strong understanding of workflow automation, form-building, or field force automation platforms.

• Excellent documentation skills: BRD, FRD, wireframes, user stories, process mapping.

• Good understanding of SDLC, Agile methodology, and requirement lifecycle.

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.

• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and diagramming tools (Visio, Draw.io, Figma).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Good to Have

• Experience with form creation, workflow mapping, or rules engine configuration.

• Exposure to SQL, basic APIs, or data mapping.

• Experience working in enterprise SaaS deployments.

• Prior experience in BFSI, Manufacturing, Logistics, Pharma, or other field-force-heavy industries.
