We're Hiring: Business Analyst Production Operations (Salesforce Commerce & OMS)
Location: Pune (Kharadi EON Free Zone)
Shift: 1 AM 8 AM
We are looking for a highly analytical and independent Business Analyst to support Production Operations within a Salesforce Commerce & Order Management ecosystem. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing cross-system issues, driving end-to-end ownership, and collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze complex cross-system issues and provide solution-oriented recommendations
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders for alignment and resolution
Maintain structured documentation and investigation tracking
Operate independently with strong prioritization and decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove blockers and accelerate resolution
Required Skills:
Experience in Production Support / Production Operations
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication
Experience working in fast-paced technology environments
Technical Skills:
Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC)
Order Management Systems (OMS)
IBM Sterling OMS (preferred)
REST / SOAP APIs, log analysis, monitoring tools
Exposure to e-commerce ecosystems
