Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders (sales, marketing, revenue operations) and the technology teams.
  • Gather, document, and validate requirements for enhancements, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Analyze and translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Collaborate with admins, developers, and third-party vendors to ensure solutions meet requirements.
  • Support the rollout of new features, enhancements, and integrations across the Software ecosystem.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation to ensure adoption and effectiveness.
  • Help evaluate requests to ensure alignment with broader technology strategy.

Years of Experience:

  • The ideal candidate will have6-10 years of professional experience

Educational Qualification & Certifications (Optional):

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree inComputer Science,Information Technology, or related field.

Skill Set Required:

Must have:

  • Experience in engineering/data-driven projects.
  • Familiarity With The Following Tools Microsoft SQL Server, Azure DevOps/JIRA, Visio, Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with Azure, exposure working in cloud migration projects.
  • Proven experience working on complex data architectures and global data integration projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; confident in client-facing roles
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
