HR Technology Analyst
Experience: 4–6 Years
Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HR Technology Analyst (Business Analyst) to join our Solution Architecture team. You will collaborate with consultants and HR stakeholders to design, configure, and deliver scalable HR technology solutions across platforms like PeopleSoft HCM, CSOD, ALT Recruit, and Compport.
Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Configure, test, and deploy HR solutions; support SIT/UAT cycles
- Map, document, and optimize processes and workflows
- Participate in solution design workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Maintain functional/technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and test plans
Skills & Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with any one or more HR platforms (PeopleSoft HCM, CSOD, ALT Recruit, Compport) (any 2+)
- Tools: Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow, Jira
- Basic Knowledge of PeopleTools and associated technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Event Mapping, Page Field Configurator, Related Content Framework etc.)
- Basic understanding of GenAI, LLM/RAG, Agentic AI application in Employee LifeCycle Management platforms- Must have
- Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall
- Strong analytical, collaboration, and communication skills
- Bachelor's in HR/IT or related field; certifications a plus
