We are looking for a Business Analyst to evaluate business requirements, identify operational improvements, and support solution development across Scry AI's platforms. This role is critical in bridging business needs with technology-driven solutions.

Role Overview

As a Business Analyst at Scry AI, you will work closely with stakeholders, product teams, and engineering teams to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and support implementation of scalable solutions. You will contribute to improving business processes, defining functional requirements, and ensuring alignment between business goals and system capabilities.

This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across business and technical teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Requirement Gathering & Analysis

• Gather, document, and analyze business requirements
• Translate business needs into structured functional specifications
• Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities

Process Mapping & Workflow Optimization

• Analyze operational workflows and system interactions
• Develop process maps, use cases, and business documentation
• Recommend process improvements for efficiency and scalability

Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Work closely with product, engineering, and business teams
• Facilitate discussions between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Ensure alignment between business objectives and implementation

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze business data and generate actionable insights
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and requirement summaries
• Support decision-making through structured analysis

Testing & Solution Validation

• Support UAT and validation of implemented solutions
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business requirements
• Assist in troubleshooting and issue resolution during implementation

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in business analysis, process analysis, or related roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to document requirements and workflows clearly
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with business analysis tools and methodologies
• Understanding of SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology is a plus
