Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation and functional specifications.
- Create process maps and workflows to visualize business processes.
- Perform gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and track progress.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and facilitate training sessions for end-users.
- Prepare and present reports and dashboards to stakeholders.
Eligibility
- 2 years of experience
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
