Role Summary We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst – Product & Pricing to join our team.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between client business needs and technical implementation, helping global financial institutions modernize their product catalogs, relationship pricing, fee governance, and billing operations. You will work directly with bank stakeholders to gather requirements, design functional solutions, and support full-lifecycle SaaS platform deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirement Gathering & Business Analysis Conduct workshops with business stakeholders to capture, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process workflows.
• Map client legacy product and pricing structures to modern SaaS platform capabilities. Solution Design & Functional Architecture Translate business needs into detailed functional design documents, user stories, use cases, and process maps.
• Define logic for relationship pricing, rate/fee calculations, tiered billing, and product bundling across banking lines of business (Retail, Corporate, or Commercial).
• Project Delivery & Implementation Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle of enterprise banking software and core modernization projects. Collaborate with technical architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure solutions align with business requirements. Testing & Change Management Prepare functional test scenarios, assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate pricing engine configurations against real-world banking scenarios.
• Assist in client onboarding, user training, and post-go-live operational support

. Required Qualifications & Skills Experience:

9–15years of experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Consultant in the Banking & Financial Services (BFS) industry. Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of core banking concepts across at least two of the following areas: Product & Pricing Strategy Rates & Fee Governance Billing & Revenue Optimization Relationship & Dynamic Pricing
