Sr. Business Analyst / Business Analyst

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain daily funnel monitoring visualizations to track business performance across cities and channels.
• Analyze existing funnels, identify deviations, and provide insights on changes.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to uncover trends and key drivers impacting funnel performance.
• Collaborate with business owners to implement initiatives for funnel optimization.
• Extract insights from customer interactions to diagnose root causes of performance issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define structured approaches to problem-solving in a fast-paced business environment.
• Apply critical thinking to identify faster, more innovative solutions.
• Identify, extract, and track key metrics to measure success.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to guide business decisions.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in statistical analysis and working with both structured and unstructured data.
• Hands-on experience with analytic tools such as Excel, Hive/SQL, and visualization platforms like Tableau, MSTR, or similar.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data-driven decision-making.
• Strong academic background (B.Tech from IITs Only).
• 1-2 years of experience in analytics.
