Role: Business Analyst

Location: Remote

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business

needs and technical delivery at Joveo. You will analyze processes,

define requirements, and ensure that what gets built solves real

problems — accurately and completely.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders across functions

- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and user stories

- Analyze existing workflows, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements

- Support QA and UAT cycles by defining acceptance criteria and validating outputs

- Create process documentation, data flow diagrams, and business requirement documents

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong experience in business analysis within a technology or software environment

- Proficiency in requirements documentation, use case writing, and process mapping

- Analytical mindset with strong skills in data analysis and business modeling

- Experience with project management and agile delivery tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar)

- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — for cross-functional stakeholder management

- Familiarity with SQL or data querying for self-service analysis is an advantage
