Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct credit risk assessment and analysis, including developing and implementing credit scoring and risk management models.
• Create strategies for requirements, scope, and implementation rules related to credit risk frameworks and models.
• Perform data analysis and visualization using tools such as Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI to derive insights and present actionable reports.
• Document and optimize lending workflows through process modelling using BPMN or UML to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements through interviews, workshops, and document analysis.
• Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions, collaborating with product and technology teams.
• Prepare detailed documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and workflow diagrams, for project implementation.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of credit card lending processes, credit risk assessment, and scoring models.
• Proficiency in data visualization and analysis using Excel, SQL, Tableau, and Power BI.
• Hands-on experience with process modelling tools such as BPMN or UML.
• Expertise in requirements gathering and management using Jira and Confluence.
• Excellent analytical thinking, documentation, and communication skills.
