Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
• Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to ensure accurate implementation
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and impact analysis
• Support UAT planning, execution, and defect resolution
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and workflow diagrams
• Act as a bridge between business users and technical teams
• Work primarily on a single large-scale banking project involving multiple data pipelines, with a strong focus on API integrations and data flow analysis
• Engage mainly on the banking/business domain side (not operational execution), translating regulatory and business needs into functional documentation and stakeholder-ready artifacts

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management
• Proficiency in documentation (BRD, FRD, User Stories, Use Cases)
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, Excel, or similar
• Experience in data-driven or technology-focused projects is a plus
