Role overview:- This role is all all about turning data into pure gold. As a Business Analyst, you'll be the detective on our projectsgathering, crunching, and analyzing data that drives killer strategies for our clients.
What You'll Be Doing
Research & Analysis:
- Dive into consulting hypotheses and break them into your own research quests.
- Lead primary researchInteract with various stakeholders across value chain including experts, industry insiders, and consumers, while keeping it real and respectful of local vibes.
- Boost your findings with solid secondary research using online sources and our internal database.
- Sectoral analysis Macro to micro, analysing relevant emerging trends, its impact on product-markets of interest
Data & Insights
- Execute in-depth critical interviews to meet specific need of the project
- Validation, triangulation of primary & secondary data gathered by self and by team-mates (RA/ SRAs)
- Analyze data to uncover trends that help us craft smart, actionable recommendations.
- Build and maintain a dynamic knowledge hub on industry and product trends to keep us ahead of the curve.
Client & Business Growth
- Help draft business proposals and scout new opportunities with both current and future clients.
- Turn research insights into engaging presentations for our leadership and clients.
- Making insightful and data-driven presentations on sectoral modules, segmental modules, competition modules etc.
Team Collaboration & Training
- Mentor junior teammates on research best practices and industry nuances.
- Be a self-starter and a true team player, always ready to share fresh ideas and collaborate.
What We're Looking For
Academic & Professional Background:
- A high achiever with a BE/B.Tech (any field) from a reputed institute.
- 3 to 5 years of experience, with at least 2 years in project management and consulting.
- Proven skills in both primary and secondary research, data collation, and analysis.
Skill Set
- Strong analytical chops and creative problem-solving skills that bring fresh perspectives.
- Tech-savvyadvanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills are a must; bonus points for experience with data handling tools.
- Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to craft top-notch project reports and presentations.
Other Must-Haves
- A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Willingness to relocate to Pune and rock frequent travel as part of the gig.
