Role: Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
As part of the core team of Quantiphi, the Business Analyst will be responsible for understanding, analyzing and solving complex problems in the Insurance industry
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and developing new client opportunities to innovate, transform and build capabilities using Machine Learning and Big Data Technologies in the Insurance industry
- Lead the project and be the key liaison for requirement gathering, problem definition and creation of user stories
- Applying the right analysis frameworks to develop creative solutions to solve complex business problems
- Expands and applies healthcare and/or life sciences subject matter expertise on internal business operations, analytical and quantitative techniques, and existing and new technologies
- Planning and executing both short-term and long-range projects and manage teamwork and client expectations
- Performing technical tasks such as creating business requirement documents, user training manuals, requirement traceability matrices
- Challenge and inspire customers and peers to solve difficult problems with ambitious and novel solutions
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to define point of view and create presentations for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Advanced degree in Business (CA/MBA/CFA), Economics or Engineering.
- 3+ years of experience in decision support, business analysis, business consulting or project management
- Experience with elicitation of business requirements, leading communication with internal and external stakeholders , analysing problem statements and drawing up solutions for possible implementation
- Experience with project management at multiple stages, including research, scoping of problem statements, implementation and testing of solutions and products
- Experience in relevant technology domain (for example, AI/ML, Business Intelligence and Data Analytics) (strongly desired)
- Periodically reviewing the progress of any recommended and implemented changes to ensure on-track delivery and continuous improvement
- In-depth knowledge of business intelligence functions, advanced analytics, industry standards and best practices
- Proficient in Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and database applications
- Ability to serve as an advanced technical leader providing advice, counsel, and analysis on business intelligence and AI/ML issues
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex information in a clear, concise manner and deliver presentations to diverse audiences
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment across multiple locations
- Customer facing migration experience, including service discovery, assessment, planning, execution, and operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
