Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Hands-on Experience:
• Strong hands-on experience with Finacle Versions 10.X and 11.X is a must for this role, ensuring familiarity with both versions features and functionality.
• Domain Expertise:
• In-depth knowledge of Liabilities & Payments, Lending (LOS/LMS/Collections), and Trade Finance processes within the Finacle system.
• Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
• Collaborating with customers to gather and analyze requirements for Finacle features and functionality. Engaging in meaningful discussions to understand their needs and how Finacle can be optimized for them.
• Test Scenarios and Cases Review:
• Working closely with the QA Team, reviewing and enhancing test scenarios and test cases to ensure they are comprehensive and aligned with customer requirements. Ensuring that the test suite is continuously updated with appropriate inputs to improve testing coverage.
• Test Management and Monitoring:
• Monitoring the QA testing activities to ensure the quality and functionality of the assigned systems. Maintaining timely and accurate communication with Development Leads and Project Managers regarding test progress, issues, and updates.
• Project Delivery:
• Ensuring timely completion and delivery of the project to the client, with a strong focus on meeting client expectations and ensuring successful system integration.

Skills Required:

• Technical Proficiency:
• Hands-on experience working with Finacle Versions 10.X and 11.X, understanding its features and functionalities, particularly in the areas of Liabilities, Payments, Lending (LOS/LMS/Collections), and Trade Finance.
• Testing Knowledge:
• Proficient in QA processes, with a strong understanding of test scenario development, test case execution, and the overall SDLC to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
• Client Interaction:
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and gather detailed requirements for system customization and feature enhancements.
• Team Collaboration:
• Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and QA teams to ensure the quality, functionality, and timely delivery of the product.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience as a Business Analyst with specific expertise in Finacle and core banking modules.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to clearly convey requirements and status updates to stakeholders.
