Business Analyst

TECHNICAL SKILLS

• 5+ years of experience in Telecom domain
• Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with IoT (Internet of Things), BSS & OSS systems & Services, 5G, VOTL
• Basic understanding of IT architecture and frameworks

FUNCTIONAL SKILLS

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile and web solutions
• Interface with other Connected Vehicle Feature Owners to define support processes for upcoming products and features
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and design objectives
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes that visualize the user interface and user experience of mobile and web applications
• Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality and reliability of automotive/connected solutions, collaborating with QA engineers throughout the testing process
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during the implementation phase, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring timely delivery of mobile banking solutions
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and functional specifications
• Experience working in agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence
• Work with product team to analyze the requirement, create user flow, system flow, solution documentation, HLD, and LLD
