Shift timing : 1 to 10 pm or 2 to 11 pm
Client is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance / Business Analyst to work within the Client's Web and Mobile Team. Ideal candidates will have financial services industry knowledge.
General Accountabilities:
Responsibilities include: conducting business need identification; documenting requirements; and proposing recommended solutions. Additionally, this role will be responsible for the development and execution of test cases and scripts using a combination of both manual and automated testing methodologies and tools for both the Client's web and native mobile applications.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute proposed business and technical solutions
- Develop business requirements for the business/technology solutions that are efficient and effective
- Document flows and procedures
- Collaborate with RPA team to develop and refine automated testing capabilities
- Identify, develop and execute continuous improvement opportunities
- Communicate impact, resolution plan, and timelines to management team
Qualifications:
- 4-6 years work experience in systems or quantitative analysis and business solutions development required
- Strong business acumen
- Advanced Microsoft PC software experience (i.e., Excel, Word)
- Previous experience working with native mobile applications preferred
- Previous experience working with automated testing tools like UIPath or Selenium or any automation tools required
- Strong technical and analytical capability with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
- Willingness to develop industry-related knowledge; existing knowledge of financial services industry preferred
- Ability to interact positively and successfully with all level of associates, managers and outside vendors to meet business needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills with ability to present to a group
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a timely manner
