Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical
Business Analyst with strong Python knowledge to bridge business needs with data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, interpret complex datasets, and develop actionable insights using Python and other analytical tools to support strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements, objectives, and challenges.
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights using Python.
- Develop and maintain analytical models, reports, and dashboards.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and analytical solutions.
- Support decision-making through predictive and descriptive analytics.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, technology, and operations.
- Prepare documentation, business requirement documents (BRDs), and presentations for stakeholders.
- Monitor KPIs and provide performance analysis and recommendations for improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience Required: 1-4 years
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib/Seaborn).
- Solid understanding of business analysis techniques and methodologies.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Exposure to machine learning or predictive analytics.
- Experience in domains such as Real- Estate, finance, hospitality is preferred.
