Business Analyst

Role Overview

The Business Analyst will support project documentation, reporting, and coordination activities, ensuring smooth execution and knowledge management throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates
  • Maintain project documentation, deliverable trackers, and knowledge repository
  • Support drafting of reports, presentations, and final submissions
  • Assist in collating inputs from multiple stakeholders and departments
  • Support PMO activities, including tracking risks, issues, and action items
  • Document lessons learned and support post-go-live reporting

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate in any discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in reporting, documentation, or project support

Preferred Skills

  • Strong documentation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office / reporting tools
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines
