Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Analyst with minimum 3 years of experience to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, product owners, and development teams to gather requirements, analyse processes, and deliver scalable insurance technology solutions aligned with Wesure s business objectives. They will also take part in configuration activities to seamlessly deliver customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Requirement Analysis
Gather, analyse, and document business requirements from stakeholders across USA and Israel markets
Translate business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories
Understand insurance workflows including policy issuance, underwriting, claims, renewals, and compliance
Work on product configuration in our internal product to deliver customer requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Act as a liaison between business teams, product managers, and technical teams
Conduct requirement walkthroughs, clarifications, and solution discussions
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle
Process Improvement & Solution Design
Analyse existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
Support solution design by validating functional flows, data requirements, and integrations
Assist in defining acceptance criteria and ensuring business needs are met
Agile & Delivery Support
Work in Agile/Scrum environments, supporting sprint planning, backlog grooming, and reviews
Support QA and UAT activities by validating test cases and assisting in defect resolution
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation
Prepare dashboards, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience & Education
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Preferably a MBA graduate with BE/BTech background
Technical & Domain Skills
Strong experience in requirement gathering and documentation
Knowledge of insurance domain (P&C preferred)
Basic understanding of SDLC, APIs, data flows, and system integrations
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Good to Have
Experience working with US insurance markets
Exposure to CRM, policy administration systems, or digital insurance platforms
SQL or data analysis experience
