Business Analyst/Product Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst / Product Analyst with strong skills in documentation, product research, requirement analysis, and feature enhancement.

The candidate will work closely with the Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and business teams to understand existing products and business processes, identify gaps and opportunities, research potential solutions, and convert findings into clear and actionable requirements.

The role will involve significant responsibility for product research, feature discovery, documentation, process improvement, and supporting the product development lifecycle.

Experience working on a product that was researched, planned, designed, developed, tested, and launched from scratch through to completion will be an added advantage.

Candidates who have been involved across the complete product lifecycle will be preferred, particularly those who can demonstrate their contribution to:

Research → Business Analysis → Feature Definition → Requirements → Documentation → Development Support 

• Conduct product and market research to identify opportunities for new features and improvements.
• Analyse existing product features, workflows, and business processes.
• Identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for feature enhancement.
• Research competitor products and industry practices.
• Prepare detailed BRDs, FRDs, PRDs, functional specifications, user stories
• Create and maintain process flows, functional workflows, and product documentation.
• Convert business requirements into clear development-ready requirements.
• Work closely with developers and QA throughout implementation.
• Support feature prioritisation and backlog refinement.
• Analyse user and operational feedback and convert it into actionable improvements.
• Research third-party APIs, integrations, tools, and potential solutions where required.
• Identify dependencies, edge cases, assumptions, and potential risks.
• Support UAT and validate that delivered features meet the intended requirements.
• Maintain documentation as the product evolves.
• Proactively identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and product enhancement.

The ideal candidate should be someone who doesn't simply document requirements given by others, but can independently:

Research → Analyse → Identify the Problem → Evaluate Solutions → Recommend an Approach → Document → Support Development → Validate the Result

Strong documentation and research ability are particularly important for this position
