Business Analyst II, Supply chain Product

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Ahmedabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring seamless technical implementation. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and end-to-end solutions.
• Assess and explore alternative solutions, evaluating the feasibility, pros/cons, and potential risks to ensure the best course of action.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to fully understand their needs and transform them into effective technical solutions.

2. Technical Implementation

• Assist in the planning and execution of technical implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Lead functional validation to confirm that the technical solutions meet the business requirements and objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute the solution from start to finish.

3. Troubleshooting and Resolution

• Assist in root cause analysis and the resolution of discrepancies that arise during the implementation phase.
• Provide technical assistance and support during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution is functioning as intended.
• Address and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize disruptions to the project timeline.

4. Documentation

• Maintain and update documentation throughout the product lifecycle, ensuring it is accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with the evolving project needs.
• Ensure that technical solutions are fully documented, including design decisions, implementation steps, and troubleshooting processes.

5. Collaboration and Communication

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including business stakeholders, developers, and QA engineers) to ensure successful solution design and delivery.
• Communicate technical solutions and implementation plans clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure that business requirements are fully understood and translated into effective technical outcomes.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a business domain degree in Supply Chain is also acceptable.

Experience

• Proven experience in solution design, technical implementation, and troubleshooting in a business analysis role.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design effective end-to-end solutions.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments, ideally within supply chain or related domains.
