About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive Business Analyst with 4+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between clients and the development team by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements, while also supporting presales efforts by contributing to client proposals and solution scoping.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, use cases, and workflows.
• Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies for proposed solutions.
• Assist the presales team in preparing RFP/RFI responses, solution presentations, and client workshops.
• Work closely with the design, development, and QA teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
• Facilitate requirement review meetings and act as a liaison between business and technical teams.
• Create wireframes, process flows, and data mapping documentation when needed.
• Support UAT by preparing test scenarios and assisting end users during testing.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/software development projects.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, or similar.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Exposure to presales activities like responding to RFPs or drafting proposals is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
